Our flatmate is moving out, so we're looking for someone new to join our home!

It's a good sized double room with space for a desk as well. We also have a lovely living room with lots of light and a wee balcony. The kitchen is small but well equipped (we even have a double airfryer 🥵)

🏡 Rent: £783 rent per month (a steal!)
💸 Bills: £75ish for bills
🗓 Move in date: 25 September 2026

The flat is super well located with lots nearby:
• 10 mins walk to White City (central line)
• 12 mins walk to Wood Lane (Hammersmith & city line)
• 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre
• 30 seconds from a really well maintained swimming pool & leisure centre

You will be living with two lovely working professionals (a girl and guy) aged 23 and 24. We are a friendly household and enjoy sitting and chatting in our living room but also quite busy people so there's lots of space for quiet time too!
