We have a lovely double room available in a spacious 4 bedroom flat in White City.
The flat is in a great location, just behind the BBC Television Centre and only a few minutes from Westfield, while still feeling quiet and residential.
You’ll be within easy walking distance of White City, Wood Lane and Shepherd’s Bush stations, so getting around London is very easy.
ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is a comfortable double bedroom with a peaceful view overlooking the park.
It gets good natural light and is a nice space to relax after work.
ABOUT THE FLAT
You’ll be sharing with three friendly flatmates from Ireland, Bulgaria and Spain.
We’re all respectful of each other’s space, but we also like the flat to feel like a home. We occasionally have a drink together, cook, chat or socialise, while still doing our own thing and respecting everyone’s schedules.
The flat has:

A cleaning rota to keep everything tidy and comfortable
THE AREA
One of the best things about the flat is the large park directly in front.
There are tennis courts, basketball courts and lots of open green space, which is great for walks, exercise or just relaxing outside.
Westfield London is only a few minutes away, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, cinemas and everything else you could need.
You’ll also have supermarkets nearby including Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Lidl.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy to live with.
Someone who is happy to take part in the cleaning rota, looks after the shared spaces and enjoys living in a relaxed and friendly home.
Minimum stay is 6 months.
Bills are included in the monthly rent.
We also have a simple house agreement and house rules so everything is clear from the beginning and everyone can enjoy living together comfortably.
