Double room to rent in a cosy house in White City with garden with shared bathroom (upstairs is bath/shower/toilet and separate toilet downstairs).

Available from 10th October, living with one other professional female, meee I’m a speech and language therapist from Australia.

It’ll just be two of us. There’s another room we use as an office space/misc. I sometimes work from home 1-2 days. I’m easy going always down for a catchup but also respectful if you want your space.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with access into full private garden (with a fire pit!)

The room has lots of storage as there's space under the bad to store things as well.

The closes buses are 0-5 minutes walk away. White City Tube (central line) is about 10-12 mins walk away, Wood Lane is about 12-14mins (Hammersmith & City Line) and once your at the tubes Westfield is there. Theres local grocery shops around the corner off license/Sainsburys/Tesco 5-8mins walk. Located 5 mins to Wormwood Scrubs park, and across the road from the Hammersmith hospital.

Looking for someone who is clean and considerate of the shared space and can commit to a 6months - year long contract.

£1000 (with council tax) and bills on top is ~75-100£ (max price for winter months)

I think it’s a great price for the space we’re getting and the landlady hasn’t increased the rent in years. The landlady lives overseas but is available via text to organise people in to fix stuff.
