This is quite residential area and live souround old aged people and i had a lot of complaint from authority due to this im very concern and strict about house role.

IF YOU HAPPY WITH HOUSE ROLE AND YOU THINK YOU CAN ABIDE and Agreed THIS ROLE, THAN FEEL FREE TO RENT THIS HOUSE. otherwise DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE.
