Price includes bills and cleaning so you can come in and out with having to worry about chores. Bedding and towels can also be provided on request.

The flat has been renovated to a high standard. You will share the kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony with me. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a projector with TV set up in the living room and the bathroom has good water pressure and a full bath. The balcony gets sun all day, it's lovely to sit out amongst the plants for a morning coffee.

I’m a female artist and lecturer in my 30s with a busy work and social life. I work from home a few days a week. Looking to provide a relaxed refuge for someone in similar circumstances who is independent and who will respect me and my home.

This is a queer friendly house and I am looking to rent the room to a female, female identifying, femme and/or queer person. No smoking in the flat (on the balcony is fine), vegetarian preferred but not essential.
