Bright, Spacious Whitechapel flat for 3 month let

The Lounge

This is a lovely flat just 5 minutes walk from Whitechapel Underground Station. Available for 1 to 3 month let between June 15th to end September 2024. The exact dates within this period are somewhat flexible.

The flat is move-in ready - furnished and simply decorated. Bills are included!

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms - 1 large double with double bed and wardrobe, and a smaller second bedroom with single bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers.

Bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet room are also upstairs.
The lounge is big, and has a day bed and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The flat would suit 2 or maximum 3 people sharing, extra people are not allowed.

The kitchen is a lovely dine-in space, and well equipped with all you need - full size fridge/freezer, 6-ring professional gas cooker with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Utensils, crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc are also available if you want them.
There is loads of storage in the flat with spacious closets for larger items like suitcases etc.

The building is located on a well-lit road has secure entry and is safe and well appointed with lots of trees and gardens around it. The flat has nice views from all windows, and loads of natural light and ventilation throughout.

There is central heating and constant hot water.

About you:
I am looking for nice, honest, clean, respectful people who will enjoy and take care of my flat for this short-term rental.

Location:
The flat is 5 minutes walk from Whitechapel Station, which has the District, Hammersmith & City, London Overground and the Elizabeth Line.
Stepney Green station is also 5 mins walk, Bethnal Green Station is 10 minutes.
There are buses number 25 and 205 right on the doorstep.
You will have a huge Sainsbury's and Asda supermarkets 5 mins walk away, and a small Tesco even closer.
The area is vibrant and full of amenities.
Brick Lane and Shoreditch are very nearby too.

PS - price is a little negotiable if you are staying for 2 to 3 months... :) or if you are only 2 persons sharing.
