The house:
It is a newly renovated Penthouse on the 3rd floor with modern interiors and all the essential utilities like washing machine/dryer, dishwasher etc. It has a huge living space with a TV and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite).
Bills are not included with the rent, it's approximately £100 per room. This includes all bills council tax, gas, electric, water and WiFi.
The room is a spacious and fully furnished double room and comes with a private terrace/balcony with a great and a TV!

Looking for chill outgoing flatmates who get along with everyone and maintains a healthy relationship with their flatmates. You are expected be tidy with the common spaces and treat the house as your own.
Everyone has their own busy schedule, but usually get together in the evening for a drink or a movie etc. This is NOT a party house, but we do have the occasional party here and there. Ofc you're allowed to invite guests as long as they're considerate of the other flatmates.
