Hi! This room in Whitechapel will be availabe from last week of November (date is flexible), as my current flatmate is moving to another area in London.

ABOUT THE FLAT:

The flat is spacious, and the living room faces South, which means direct sunlight most of the day. It's also very well ventilated. There's a shed where we keep our bikes, but you could use it for something else, if you need.

The landlord is very helpful and solves the issues in the flat quickly. He's putting the flat in the market for sale around April/26, so the length of stay will depend on how fast/to whom he sells to.

Location is great, with a few tube stations around, lots of shops and amenities quite close. It's walking distance from Broadway Market, Brick Lane (when you want some buzz), and Shadwell (when you need a bit more quiet and peace by the river 🙃).

All bills are included in the rent, except for council tax (which is currently around £150 pcm per person).

ABOUT YOUR POTENTIAL FLATMATES:

A friend of mine is staying in the flat until March/27, so we're going to be three in the flat for a bit. They're queer, enjoy boxing, and work from home once a week.

I'm a 33 yo, queer immigrant, doing a master's in sustainability. I spend a lot of time at uni, but also stay home often, either reading, batch cooking, or exercising. I'm up for a chat here and there, and would love to create a friendly dynamic at home, where we're not complete strangers. But I also value spending time on my own when I'm in 🙃

ABOUT YOU:

• Ideally, you're a queer lovely human. But if you're just a queer-friendly lovely human, it's fine, too
• Being tidy and clean is very important
