Double in cute cosy flat

Helloooo, I am subletting my spare room. It's a mixture of a single and a double room. It is furnished but no bed frame just a mattress.

The flat consists of a small shared space, 1 bathroom and a spacious kitchen. The highlight of the flat is the location which is about an 8 minute walk to Whitechapel Station, a 10 minute walk to Aldgate East Station and a 5 min walk to Shadwell overground and DLR. The other highlight is the pretty garden in the back which you have access to via the kitchen.

I am a musician so ideally I would love someone with a busy schedule so I can have the chance to practice at home whenever you're out and about. I am very respectful when it comes to noise, I don't do what I don't want done to me. I usually play the guitar and do my vocal exercises when I'm home alone cause luckily for you I'm shy about it hehe

I am looking for someone who is clean and organised cause I perform best when I'm in a clean and organised environment.

I am ideally looking for someone to rent the room short term but I can be flexible for the right person :) I come across as extremely bubbly and social but I also love my alone time so I'm looking for someone who's on the same page.
