The house is conveniently located near many major lines and bus routes.
5 min walk to Whitechapel station (District, Elizabeth, Hammersmith and city, Overground).
5 min walk to Shadwell station(DLR & Overground). 10 min bus ride to Liverpool street and Shorditch.
Lots of nice pubs, shops, markets and places to eat in walking distance. 15 min walk from brick lane.

The house:
It is a newly renovated Penthouse on the 4th floor with modern interiors and all the essential utilities like washing machine/dryer, dishwasher etc. It has a huge living space with a TV and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite).

Bills are not included with the rent, it's approximately £100 per room. This includes all bills council tax, gas, electric, water and WiFi.

About you:
Looking for chill outgoing flatmates who get along with everyone and maintain a healthy relationship with their flatmates. You are expected be tidy with the common spaces and treat the house as your own.
Everyone has their own busy schedule, but usually get together in the evening for a drink or a movie etc. This is NOT a party house, but we do have the occasional party here and there. Ofc you're allowed to invite guests as long as they're considerate of the other flatmates.
