Hello,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to replace my current flatmate, who is moving out. We have lived in this property together for a wonderful year and a half, and it has been a lovely experience.

The house is functional, spacious, and energy-efficient, managed by a prompt and supportive agent. It was originally unfurnished, but over the past year and a half we have fully furnished it, so you would not need to worry about furniture. If you would prefer to bring your own furniture for the bedroom, that is absolutely fine, and we can replace the furniture as seen in the pics.

You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and storage room with me.

About me: I am a working professional who enjoys cooking, keeping the space clean and tidy, looking after my plants, and spending quiet, cosy evenings at home. I am looking for someone respectful, considerate, and mindful of work-life balance.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who works full-time or hybrid.

The neighbourhood is quiet and well connected:
• 15 minutes to Whitechapel station
• 15 minutes to Stepney Green station
• 10 minutes to Shadwell station
• 20 minutes to Limehouse station

There are Iceland, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Tesco all within a 10–15 minute walk, as well as local markets nearby.

All bills included come to an average of £1,120max per month. (Council Tax: Band B, Water: Thames, Electricity and Gas: British Gas)

Can also be flexible with an earlier move in.
