Hey! We’re on the hunt for a friendly, sociable flatmate to join our cozy, slightly old, but bright flat right in the heart of Whitechapel. Our place is just a five-minute walk from Whitechapel station, surrounded by fun cafés (especially Rinkoff’s – if you love pastries, beware, it’ll ruin your budget :D), some pubs, and quirky spots – perfect for exploring or just chilling after work. Ohh, we got good, fairly new double-glazed windows, isn't that great to have, considering we are in London/the UK? :D

A bit about us: I’m 30, a Chemical Engineer finishing my PhD, and I love being outdoors – hiking, trail running, and cycling are my favorites. Cheriol is 31, a Civil Engineer with a curious and slightly artsy side, always up for discovering new things around the city or sharing a good chat. We like our flat to feel relaxed and friendly – somewhere to hang out without ever feeling crowded or serious.

The flat has a shared kitchen with a small balcony, a comfy living room, and a light, cozy vibe. Rent is £730 per month, plus council tax and bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband) of £110.90 per month.

We’re hoping to find someone who:
- Is around our age (26–36)
- Works or is in the later stages of education
- Enjoys a friendly, social, and supportive home
- Likes the East London vibe and doesn’t mind the occasional chill hang or catch-up

Viewings are happening this Friday, 6th March, between 3–7pm.

If you are interested, please, write us a short message and tell as a bit about who you are and what you are looking for. While doing so, please confirm that you meet the points we put out. Or give a very good explanation, why we should consider you nevertheless. :)

Please note: If you can’t make this time, we won’t be able to consider you.
