The two other tenants staying in the flat are both male young professionals. They’re social and easy-to-talk-to housemates who respect each other's space. One works from home during the week, so the flat stays peaceful and well-maintained during the day.

The bathroom is shared between this room and one other - the third room has its own en-suite.

Flat is fully furnished including a dishwasher and has a large balcony.

Move in date is flexible and I can arrange to make the room available on relatively short notice if necessary.
