Room in large and bright flat in Whitechapel

I am renting out my nice-proportioned spare bedroom. The room measures approximately 4.2m x 2.6m. There is enough space to put a desk in there if you want. The room also includes a large spacious integrated wardrobe with additional storage above it. The bed is kingsize.

The room is not en suite but the flat has a separate shower room and WC room, which makes co-living more comfortable.

The flat is set over two stories with the upper storey being a large kitchen/diner/living room. There is also a balcony with a view over East London.

I have recently refurbished the entire flat so everything is new. The kitchen contains plenty of cool stuff: double oven, induction hob, dishwasher etc.

Whitechapel station is about 10mins walk away; Shadwell (one stop to Bank) is 5mins walk away. You can easily walk to Shoreditch, Bethnal Green, Wapping or the City from the flat.

You are totally welcome to have guests but the flat is strictly non-smoking and strictly non-parties (I love my neighbours far too much for that).

I run a startup and my hours are erratic but I'm def happy to hang out when we are both around (certainly not mandatory though!).

All bills are included: utilities, broadband, council tax.
