3 Rooms in Whitechapel!

Room 1

Hi there!

I'm looking for 3 people to sign onto a new shared tenancy agreement starting August 3rd.

About the flat --
There are three rooms available in the unit (all partly furnished)
Room 1 -- 800 pm
Room 2 -- 765 pm
Room 3 -- 735 pm

Deposits are currently split evenly with each paying 923 but we can adjust this and let the agency know how we want to distribute it.

There is no living room (boo) but the kitchen and bathrooms get great morning light, and the bedrooms all get great afternoon/evening light. Great sunsets & views of the shard too.

Open to friends/ couples who want to take 2 or all 3 of the rooms but I'm pretty sure the rooms themselves can't be shared.

Awesome place to live if you're out and about a lot
-- 9 min walk to Whitechapel Station
-- 11 min walk to Stepney Green Station
-- 12 mins walk to Shadwell Station
-- 18 mins to Bethnal Green Station

Lots of parks nearby as well.
Utilities + council tax come out to around 70-100 each month.

About me --

My name is Molly, I am a 23 year old from Seattle! I moved to London in November, and started living in this flat at the beginning of May. I am currently working part time at an art gallery, and part time as a bartender.

I'm into music/ jamming, cycling, spending time outside, painting, making stuff, hanging out. I'm nonbinary so ideally you're chill with that or queer too!

As a flatmate: while at home I spend a lot of time doing crafts/ music/ watching tv, but I'm frequently down for a roomie hang/ drinks/baking/ going out if that's the move!
I keep & prefer a pretty clean living space, though not obsessively, and appreciate folks with direct communication styles.
