I’m moving out of this lovely 2 bedroom flat at the end of June, so we’re looking for someone (preferably a woman) to take over my room and start a new tenancy from 1st July.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my wonderful flatmate, who will be staying on. She works in Finance and is in the office most weekdays in Central London. She’s clean, tidy, enjoys exploring London, catching up with friends, and occasionally hosting a relaxed dinner at home.

Location couldn't be better, it's close to Shoreditch and Spitalfields market. Also, it's just a 2 min walk to Whitechapel station where you can take District, Hammersmith, Circle, Elizabeth line and overground.

The flat is fully furnished and includes a living room, dinning area, equipped kitchen, washing machine, a shared bathroom and 2 double bedrooms.

The available bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and built-in wardrobe.

The rent is £1070 per month and additionally bills are altogether approximately £170 per month.
1 month deposit is required when signing the tenancy agreement (£1070).
