Lovely 2 bedroom flat

Hi!
My lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of our current contract, so I'm looking for someone (preferably women) to start a new contract for 1 year from 4th July, and to share this amazing flat in Whitechapel.

Location couldn't be better, it's close to Shoreditch and Spitalfields market. Also, it's just a 2 min walk to Whitechapel station where you can take District, Hammersmith, Circle, Elizabeth line and overground.

The flat is fully furnished, there's a living room, dinning table, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, a shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The rent is £1070 and additionally bills are altogether £170.

1 month deposit is required when signing the contract (£1070).

As for myself, I work in finance and go to the office 4 times a week in central London. I'm clean, tidy, like to have friends over for dinner occasionally but I prioritise peace and comfort at home. I enjoy going out to explore London or for a run in different parks.
