The flat is ideally located just a ~7 minute walk from both Whitechapel and Shadwell stations (so lots of lines at your doorstep), with a Sainsbury's Local 5 minutes away and a large Sainsbury's within a 10 minute walk.

You'll be sharing with two friendly women in their 20s - note one flatmate may be moving out similar time! The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and a very large living room.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk, making it ideal for anyone wfh.

Bills are usually ~£120 but can be lower in summer and we're Council Tax C.

There may also be a second room available around the same time, suitable for a couple. If that room is occupied by a single person rather than a couple, the rent for this room could increase by approximately £150 per month. If you know someone else looking to move, there may be an opportunity to arrange moving into the flat together.
