Hi! One of our flatmates is leaving in September and we are looking for someone to take his room, ideally until Summer 2027 at least.
About the flat: it is a new building, we have a nice terrace that we use a lot in the summer, cinema room and gym.
The room comes with private en suite bathroom.
Currently in the flat we are :Thomas (French 29) working as a data analyst and me (Maxi , Colombian 33) working in finance.
We are looking for a flatmate who will hopefully become a friend too. We are a sociable guys who like going to the pub, sports and the occasional night out. We would like someone tidy, considerate and keen to be part of the flat rather than just taking a room.
