My two current flatmates are moving out, so I’m looking for two female housemates to join me in a lovely 3-bedroom flat in Whitechapel. We’ll be entering into a brand new tenancy from 29 July, so it’s a great opportunity to form a new household together.

📍 Location
• 6–8 minute walk to Whitechapel Station
• Excellent transport links (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & City & Overground)
• Close to cafés, shops and restaurants

🏡 Room Prices
• Largest room with private balcony – £763.33 pcm
• Medium room – £750.33 pcm (photos coming shortly)
• Smallest room – £736.33 pcm

I’ve attached photos of the largest and smallest rooms, and I’ll upload photos of the third room as soon as I receive them.

💡 Approximate monthly bills
• Electricity: £25–30 pp (varies)
• Water: approximately £15.75 pp
• Council Tax (Band D): approximately £51 pp (if all tenants are professionals)
• WiFi: TBC

👩‍💼 A little about me
I’m a trainee solicitor and I’m hoping to find two friendly, respectful and easy-going young professional women to create a relaxed, tidy home together.

As this will be a brand new tenancy, room allocation is flexible, so we can chat about room preferences once we’ve met and found the right group.
