We're two girls, 21 and 26, looking for a female flatmate to move into the third room in our lovely 3-bed flat in Whitechapel (as the current flatmate is moving out).

The room is furnished (with a brand-new huge wardrobe), gets a lot of natural light, and is available for move-in on the 8th of September. The flat is also only a 5 minute walk to Whitechapel station (District and Hammersmith&City tube lines, Overground, and Elizabeth line).

The flat has a spacious shared living room, which we genuinely use and love :)

We're both sociable and friendly and spend time together: watch movies after a long day, go for picnics or a cheeky pint, help each other out whenever needed. We are also very respectful and clean.
We're hoping to find someone who wants to be a part of a warm, social home, not just a flatshare, so we're only looking for someone who's into that kind of dynamic, rather than keeping to themselves all the time.
