A rare opportunity has come up in our home as a good friend of ours has unexpectedly had to relocate out of London.

We’re therefore looking for someone to take over a huge XL bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and underfloor heating — genuinely a rare find in this part of London.

📍 Location, location, location
We’re around a 5-minute walk from Whitechapel Station, with fantastic transport connections across London. Aldgate and Aldgate East are also only around 5–7 minutes away on foot, putting you right on the doorstep of the City of London while still being surrounded by the energy and character of East London.

🏡 The house
The property itself is newly built and spread across four levels, with plenty of space to live, relax and socialise. The lower-ground floor is our shared area, including a large kitchen, living room and backyard.

And, importantly, everything actually works 😉 — which, as many London renters will appreciate, is not something to take for granted!

The house is not a party house, but it certainly isn’t boring either. Over the five years we’ve lived here, we’ve had some wonderful gatherings and memorable moments, and we enjoy having a home that feels sociable, creative and alive.

🎨 A little something different
The basement is home to a tattoo studio, Red X Ink, so you may occasionally hear the doorbell later in the evening when clients arrive. Other than that, it’s not a source of disturbance and the house is generally peaceful.

We’d love to find someone open-minded, friendly and respectful, ideally with an appreciation for art, creativity and a joyful way of living. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep — a person who enjoys sharing a home while respecting everyone’s space and individuality.
