Friendly houseshare in Whitechapel

Hey future roomie!
We're 2 lovely people looking for someone to replace our flatmate in our 3 bed house in Whitechapel. We're a super social house and are looking for someone to join us for flat dinners, movie nights, trips to the local and even the occaisional night out. Dan is working in central london and I have just started a master degree at Queen Mary and we're both more the dinner party than clubbing people. We try to keep the common areas of the flat tidy but sometimes things get away from us so people who need the place spotless (or the opposite) might struggle.

We're council band E and are looking for a professional to split it equally with Dan (usually around £90 a month). Bills in total usually come to around £200 a month (incl. council tax).
