Room is very spacious for the area and walking distance to Whitechapel station (Elizabeth Line), Stepney Green station and all both Whitechapel and Mile End Queen Mary Campuses.
There is a grass area available only to tennants. Walking distant to small Tesco and Sainsbury's. Also walking distance to the hospital. Area is very family orientated and friendly.
Looking for a women (ideally a student but no preference) to rent the room long term. Rent is £866.66 (split evenly between tennants) not inluding bills. Gas and Electric bills fluctuate between £20-40 per month (depending on use). There is Wifi. Landlord company is very good and always comes to fix everything and very responsive.
