Large room in a 2-bed flat

Hello! I will be moving out to the joys of having a place of my own, and I'm looking for a replacement. The flat is available from mid November--some flexibility on your end would be much appreciated as I do my own flat search.

You will be taking a large, furnished, brightly-lit room in a two-bed flat. It's 5 minutes from Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth line, District, H&C, Overground), <5 minutes from Bethnal Green Overground, and 10 minutes from Bethnal Green Underground (Central). The room is huge, gets great afternoon light, and all the furniture in the photos stays except the desk--in addition to the two chests of drawers, there's a wardrobe to the left of the bed that's not in the photos. There is a large living room, one shared bathroom, a decent sized kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, clothes washer), and a large storage space under the stairs.

You'll be living with my current flatmate Dami. She's 26, friendly and around for weekend things, but during the week works a demanding job, most days in the office until past dinner. If you want a bit of peace and quiet, largely work from home, or like to have friends over without worrying about bothering your flatmate, this is a perfect arrangement.

It's 1,072/mo, your half of council tax (band C) is 68/mo and bills are otherwise not included. The deposit is 1,170. I'm taking the Wifi with me, so likely you would take that utility on--my flatmate does the water and electricity. There’s parking space in the building and I believe a permit could be arranged with the landlord.

The flat is rented on a rolling basis. Dami will probably move out next September, at which point you could end the lease or bring someone else on.
