Double Room in social house

We are looking for a new flatmate from November, as one of ours is now moving looking to find the OG Latino Hits, in Mexico, not Dalston :*)

More than just flatmates, we actually all like each other (shock).

Room spec:
It's a small double room, comes with bed (new mattress), draws and wardrobe.
Top floor room with lovely light
2 bathrooms (3 toilets).
Dreamy south-facing garden.
Balcony.
Living room and kitchen.
Available from last week of October but can be a little flexible
Deposit is Six weeks rent and council tax is £32pp/pm.
Bills come to about £80 a month

About us (much more important):
We’re a super friendly group and often like to hang out going to the pub/ cinema/ do sports together.

Not culty but def a good vibe to the house, everyone chips in with cleaning and cooking etc. We had a pretty social summer In the garden, so will now be bunking down in the lounge for movie nights and cosy dinners

Yes, we know seven sounds like a lot (none of us actually expected to live in a house this big) BUT it does have a really lovely and chilled dynamic.... hence why we've all stayed. We all met through spare room, and now are looking for our lucky number 7!

We are 3 girls and 3 boys, working in charity, TV, and the classic marketing/consulting... all sorts. Good range of interests between us (music, politics, board games, sports), but all open to trying new things and get along really well.

Some of us work from home 1-2 days a week (ideal for when you have a parcel being delivered), so would be nice for someone to join the wfh gang too.
