Double room with 3 Female flatmates in Whitechapel

Looking for a neat, considerate female to take over my lease from 14th Oct 2026!
The room is pretty spacious, and is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and a table and chair, and has laminate flooring and is gas heated. The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is furnished well with utensils and appliances, and a washing machine.
The property is a 5 minute walk from the Whitechapel tube station (Elizabeth, District, Circle and Northern lines) and from a large Sainsbury's and Tesco, and is 5 minutes away from QMUL by bus.
The current flatmates are super nice and clean, and the landlord is super accommodating and sweet. The gas, water and council tax bills are split equally between the flatmates (and come to around 30-60 ppm).
