I’m looking for a female or non-binary flatmate to join me in my 2-bedroom flat in Whitechapel.
I’m a professional in my 30s, working in the charity sector, and have been living in the flat for over a year, so I know the area pretty well by now! The flat has a cosy shared living space joined to the kitchen, plus a surprisingly extensive balcony that connects to both bedrooms. It’s great for sitting out with a drink when the weather actually decides to cooperate, or having pals round for dinner.

I’d love to find someone who wants more than just a place to live, and who could also become a friend. I’m a mix of going out and exploring London, grabbing a drink or dinner, but am equally happy staying in for films, DMCs and a chilled evening at home.

I’m also really friendly with the neighbours, so there’s a nice little community around the flat. We regularly end up chatting, borrowing things from each other and generally knowing what everyone is up to!

I’m looking for someone who’s:
- Friendly, sociable considerate and easy-going
- Up for hanging out, exploring the area or doing something spontaneous
- Happy living in a home where people chat and get to know each other

Basically, I’m hoping to find someone who I get on with and who feels like a friend as much as a flatmate, whether that’s a spontaneous night out, a drink on the balcony, a Sunday film or just chatting in the kitchen after work.
