Two Large En-suite doubles close to City

Hi all!

There are two rooms advertised on this post, the first (Larger, £1430) is available from the 25th October (but can potentially be a little earlier), and the second (Smaller, £1280) is available from around 9th December. Rent as mentioned here does ROUGHLY include all bills (except our cleaner which is an extra 34/month per person, but she comes twice a month and cleans every room/bathroom top to bottom), and our extras (cleaning fluids, toilet paper, etc).

We are looking for one male and one female to keep the genders balanced in the flat, and looking for personality matches in our home, so please include information about yourself :).

It's worth noting that we all love living here and reasons for leaving are unrelated to the place, one flatmate is moving out to move in with her partner, and I am moving overseas for a career opportunity.

The house is very big as you can see and has:
- Living / Dining / Kitchen Area (Dishwasher etc all here)
- Second Living Room in basement (Has Pool table, full lounge set-up, great for hosting drinks, chilling out, or watching movies).
- Guest Toilet on the Ground Floor
- Garden / Patio with BBQ

The house has 4 large bedrooms which all have their own en-suite bathrooms inc shower and toilet.

The location is pretty premium - few mins walk from Brick Lane, Whitechapel tube/overground, Leadenhall market, etc. Commute into central takes no time at all.

We are also a fairly social house, not a party house, but we do throw one big party every few months, and it's absolutely fine to have friends over on the weekend etc.

ROOM ONE (£1430)

It is a very large double room which comes furnished.
It has double bed with storage underneath, 2 bedside tables and a very large wardrobe
There is also a desk and office chair that came with the room which can be put back in

ROOM TWO (£1280)

Reasonably sized double room which comes furnished
Has double bed + storage underneath, 1 bedside table, a table + chair, and a very large wardrobe.
The rest of the furniture/plants are mine, however as I am moving overseas I am prepared to sell most of them on if there's interest.
