We’re looking for someone to join our lovely three-bedroom flat in Whitechapel from 27th November! 🌿

We’re currently advertising two different bedrooms in the flat, as we’re flexible about which one to rent out. We’re only looking for one new housemate, so you’d have the option of choosing between the two rooms!

🏡 About the room & flat

This is the larger of the two rooms, a lovely, spacious double bedroom with two windows, wooden flooring and plenty of space to make it your own.

The room comes furnished, with bills included, and the flat has a shared living room and a relaxed, homely atmosphere.

We also have a smaller, cosy double bedroom available as an alternative, so feel free to ask about both!

The main bathroom would be shared with just Matthew, as the third bedroom has its own en-suite.

📍 Location

We’re around a 5-minute walk from the Elizabeth line at Whitechapel, with Aldgate East also nearby. Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and the City are all easily accessible, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets on our doorstep.

👋 Who you’d be living with

We’re Matthew and Lily, both friendly, easy-going professionals in our early 20s.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and wants to make the flat feel like home. It’s a relaxed household where everyone can enjoy their own space, but we’re always happy to have a chat too!
