Large room with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Looking for someone to replace me as I am leaving London. Current tenants are British, Italian, and New Zealander, including a student, an accountant, a chef, a waitress, and a junior banker!

ABSOLUTELY ALL bills included, including council tax and internet!

Short walk (<10m) to three tube stations:
Aldgate East (District, H'smith & City),
Aldgate (Circle, H'smith & City, Metropolitan)
Shadwell (DLR, Overground)

Short 15-20 minute walk to the city. Sainsbury's and the beautiful Curzon arthouse cinema round the corner.

None of us have a car but the estate has its own car park.

Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker and washing machine. Maintenance through the agency has been very quick to fix any problems.

Recently refurbished bathroom and another small toilet.

Leaving the property before the 7 month contract duration will cost £50.

EDIT: Also there is a £150 "admin charge" payable to the agency - I'm sorry this was not previously included in the advert as I was not aware of it.

Available from the start of February but if you desperately need to move in before then that's fine as well.
