Double Room in Willesden!

I am sadly moving out of our house for work, so I am looking for someone to take over my room in Willesden Green from the 1st of August!

The house🏡
Fully furnished double bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers) plus an additional office room (desk, desk chair, and sofa bed) so great for those who work from home! You’d be sharing the bathroom/toilet with just the one girl. There’s a shared kitchen, living room, and garden.

Housemates 👧🏼👦🏼👦🏼
You'll be living with three lovely house mates - 1 girl and two guys who are in their late twenties. They are looking for another female to keep the balance. It’s a social house so looking for someone who’s also social, respectful, and clean!

Bills💵
Rent: £952.50 a month plus bills (around £120 per month)
Deposit: £900
(Not suitable for students, sorry!)

Location📍
The house is a 20 minute walk from Kensal Rise/Brondesbury Park overground and 10 minute walk from Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee line) and so you can get into central London in 20 minutes. It’s also well connected on bus routes.

The house is just 2 minutes from the High Road which has a Sainsbury’s and lots of other shops. There’s a great local pub and it’s also easy to get to Kensal Rise and Queens Park
