Mon-Fri Comfy quiet double room, NW10, Inc. bills

I am looking for a friendly person for my spare room who works outside the flat during normal office hours as I partly WFH (see below).

Mon - Fri = 4 nights p/wk = £650 pcm but happy with 2 nights @ £400 pcm or 3 nights @ £525 pcm.

I don't eat meat so ideally want someone who could get by cooking/eating fish or vegetarian food in the flat.

The spare room has been freshly painted, the carpet has been cleaned and the bed is very comfortable with a nearly new pocket sprung medium firm mattress on a 4 drawer birch wood Muji bed. Plenty of further storage in wardrobe/chest of drawers.

The flat is a 6th floor penthouse which has fantastic panoramic views of London from from the terrace. it is very quiet and safe with 24/7 security/concierge.

There is an all mod cons shared kitchen which includes a dishwasher, a newly renovated shared bathroom, and comfortable living room with TV etc.

Residential area. Shops/cafes/restaurants at Willesden Green/Kensal Rise/Queens Park.

Bus stop outside building for 6/206.
Willesden Green tube is 15-20mins walk and Queens Park tube is a 5 - 10 mins bus ride away. Overground North London Line (Richmond to Stratford) is a short bus ride away.

Willesden Sports Centre 2mins walk, and Roundwood Park 5mins.

About Me:

I am a psychotherapist. I see a few clients in person during the daytime on Tue/Weds/Thurs/Fri and have a few online daytime appointments. I use the living room for this work and it needs privacy. So ideally I want a lodger working outside to the flat but Mon/Tues/Fri could be WFH days.
