I have a single room for a clean and tidy person. The room is fully furnished with a single bed with bed linen if required), wardrobe, under-bed drawers, chest of drawers, shelving, a window with curtains and study desk. There is a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine etc. There is a separate living area to chill out.
The room is in a clean and immaculate Victorian flat in a good safe location and is 8 minutes walk to ZONE 2 Willesden Green Jubilee tube station- 10 minutes to the West End and central London.
Direct buses to Oxford Circus (25 mins), Nottinghill (15 mins), Kensington, Victoria,
Hammersmith, Shepherd Bush, Golders Green, Brent Cross etc.
5 minute train ride to Thames Link and Silverlink mainline train station.
The flat is very near to shops, bars, Sainsbury supermarket, gym, restaurants, Library, cinema, cafes etc. it is a very homely place and friendly home. Share with professionals ( we are not couple) - I am an Accountant who travels most of the time. I am a Singaporean national. The other flatmate is a Consultant working in the city and originally from Czech.
He also is away on business trip. So this is a quiet flat. The rent: for 1 person includes all bills. The tenancy is flexible and can be short or long term. There is no deposit.
