The flat is a spacious 75 m², two-bedroom, two-bathroom property with a shared living room, kitchen and balcony.

I live in the flat for one week each month, using my own bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

You will have your own private double bedroom and exclusive use of a separate bathroom.

For the rest of the month, while I am travelling, the flat will be entirely yours to enjoy, with the exception of my bedroom.

The flat is in a modern, gated development with secure fob access, CCTV, secure bicycle storage, and a dedicated, allocated parking space in a covered car park, protected by a security gate.

The flat is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Willesden Green Underground station (Jubilee line, Zone 2), with West Hampstead only two stops away. The beautiful Queen’s Park is a 10-minute walk away, and Notting Hill is around 20 minutes away by bus. Bond Street is just 15 minutes away by Tube, while Kensal Rise Overground station, with connections towards Camden Road and Stratford, is a 5-minute bus ride away.
