Looking for a peaceful home with friendly people, two lovely cats and a huge garden? Our small single room is becoming available because Michel is moving into another room in the same house.

A cosy box room with a single bed, on a very quiet residential street. The room is compact, but there’s plenty of shared space to enjoy:

A good-sized lounge to relax in.
A kitchen with two fridges and a gas hob.
A huge garden with a patio — perfect for morning coffee and summer BBQs.
All bills included, keeping monthly costs simple.

Who you’ll be living with
We’re a relaxed, international household with housemates from Lithuania, France, Poland, Spain and the UK. Everyone speaks English, and all nationalities are welcome.

We enjoy the occasional chat or weekend get-together, while respecting each other’s space and privacy. This is a quiet home, not a party house. You’ll also meet our two much-loved cats, Pushkin and China.

We’re looking for someone considerate who cleans up after themselves and enjoys a similar balance of friendly company and independence.

Getting around & the neighbourhood

Willesden Green station: 10–15 minutes’ walk, with Jubilee line connections into central London.
Buses: around 5 minutes’ walk, including direct 24-hour routes to central London.
Large supermarket: around 10 minutes’ walk, with smaller local shops just minutes away.
Willesden Sports Centre: around 8 minutes’ walk, with a gym and swimming pool.

There are also plenty of cafés, bakeries, and Portuguese and Brazilian shops nearby.
