-A flat in a mansion block of four other flats
-Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining/sitting area, study, garden with steps going down from backdoor
-All kitchen utensils available
-Shower and bath with plentiful storage spacing
-All standard kitchen appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine),. Also an air fryer, which I have used once...
-Efficient, fast-heating boiler
-Airconditioning
-Have a cleaner come in twice a week
About your room:
-13x10m area
-Good quality furnishments
-Lots of storage space
-Happy for any personal furnishing to be brought
About me:
-I work at home three days a week, and spend most of that time in my study
-I have a visual impairment, and a professionally trained, very gentle but aging guide dog
-I may be leaving the property within the next six months or so, depending on work situation
-I don't often have people around, but I am absolutely fine with you having people over
-Spend much of my life running
-You can see Wembley from your window!
About you:
-I do not pre-judge. I ask for the standard things: good hygeine, keeping things clean and tidy, and to be generally respectful
-References would be good, but not necessary
-Strong preference for liking dogs
-Very happy with you bringing any pets! Branston has lived with cats and other dogs and is not bothered by them
-It would be nice if we could get along socially and have the odd coffee or drink, but if you want to keep yourself to yourself, I can appreciate that
-Welcome to have people stay, but please let me know if you can, as it can be quite unnerving having a complete stranger in your home
The area:
-Two nearby tube stations on Jubilee line (Willesden Green and Dollis Hill) - convenient to get into central London
-Easy to transfer at West Hampstead for Overground and Thameslink
-Multiple bus routes
-<10 minutes from large, well-maintained park. Very nice in the sun
-Local Sainsbury's, gym, cafes, etc
-On a very quiet, low traffic road, with a low local crimerate
Rent and utilities:
-I may adjust the rent on this site based on the demand that I receive
-I will also take into account if I thought that we could have a propitious living situation
-I am happy to pay all utilities. HOWEVER, this is on the agreement that this will not be abused and that your energy consumption is not excessive
-Open to a contract that would be suitable for both of us
