I’ve just bought this lovely terraced house and am looking for one new housemate to join me and my good friend. It’s in top condition (confirmed by a full homebuyer’s report), and I've recently renovated the entire house putting in brand new flooring and carpets in all rooms, painted all rooms as well as bought a lot of new equipment including a brand new large fridge.
