Double furnished quiet room to Let in Willesden

Two Double rooms furnished: double beds, built in wardrobes, dresser) to let in a 4 bedroom semi detached house. Currently has my elderly muslim mother (86 years old). Double occupancy rate = £175/week. I am a live in landlord as carer for my mother.

Upstairs shared bathroom and toilet. My mother lives independently downstairs. No communal/living area but lodgers are free to use the kitchen for cooking and the dining room to eat.
Preference is either a vegetarian or someone who will not cook and eat pork or drink alcohol on the premises. All bills, Council tax, Broadband included. Willesden Green tube station (15-20 minute walk) or 10 minutes with bus which is the nearest tube station & is in zone 2 Jubilee line. Willesden Green high street is a 10 minute walk. Willesden Health Centre is on the same road as the house.
