We’re looking for one friendly and respectful person (professional or student welcome!) to join our home from 1st September.

The house is split over two floors, and the available room is downstairs — the only bedroom on that floor, which gives you extra privacy and a quieter space.

The room also comes with your own private shower 🚿 (we have a full main bathroom upstairs).

👫 Who We Are

We are 2 couples and 1 girl, easy-going and respectful. We’ve lived here for a while and have created a relaxed, clean and friendly home environment. It’s not a party house, but we’re sociable and enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal.

🐶 We also have a very sweet cockapoo — calm, friendly, and not a bother at all.

💷 Rent: £850 per month

💡 Bills: Around £100 per month

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with — someone who wants a home, not just a place to sleep.
