The flat is only 30 minutes door-to-door from Oxford Street, making it a great spot for anyone working on the Jubilee line or in West London. It’s a 10-minute walk from Willesden Green and Kensal Rise stations (and both Gail’s bakeries — the important things in life). Queen’s Park is just 20 minutes away for weekend brunches, farmers markets, and great local shops.

🛏️ The Room:
A large double with loads of natural light and space for everything you need. It comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. A bed and desk can be included upon discussion.

🏠 The Flat:
The flat is located in a purpose-built mansion block with access to a balcony and communal garden. There is a living room, eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom, second shower, and separate toilet.

💸 Rent is £1100/month, including all bills. This includes 1GB broadband, Virgin TV, and a weekly cleaner.

You’ll be living with Yael and Emily,:
• Yael (25) works in TV and loves travel, theatre, and a good bit of reality TV.
• Emily (30) loves music and theatre – she sings in a pop choir and goes to Glasto every year.

We have built a home that’s relaxed, tidy, and sociable without being a party house. We all have busy lives but enjoy hanging out when we’re both free over a meal or checking out local bars and restaurants.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly and easygoing, who’ll slot into the good vibes we’ve got going.
