ABOUT THE ROOM
Fully furnished with a double bed and quality mattress, large double wardrobe + single wardrobe with mirror, large chest of drawers + small deskside drawers, workspace, blackout curtains + wooden shade blinds. Shares two bathrooms with three housemates. Comes with a private fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The double kitchen features two stoves, ovens and sinks, two tables, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

The kitchen is shared with 5 bedrooms but only 4 of the 7 other housemates use it regularly, so it's never busy. There are individual fridge/freezers and kitchen cupboards for each room. The kitchen opens up onto a lovely patio garden, furnished with seating, dining table and a bbq fire pit.

There are 4 bathrooms in the house. Two of the bedrooms occupied by couples are en-suite. The other 4 bedrooms for single people use the two shared bathrooms - so it's 2 people per bathroom.

The shared areas of the house are cleaned professionally twice a week, which is included in the rent.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES
Two couples and 4 single people. Professionals in nursing, engineering, hospitality, forensic science and childcare. Working social hours and enjoy a good night sleep, so respect of quiet hours at night is important. They are in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Italian, Russian/Lithuanian, Ghanaian and Indian.

ABOUT THE AREA
The location is superb, 1 min walk from the high street with an abundance of amenities, 5 min walk from large Sainsburys, 10min walk from Willesden Green underground station. Fast connections to Central London.
