One of the rooms in this beautiful two bedroom flat will be available from September (move in date can be negotiated)

It’s a new/ modern flat, top floor with lots of skylight and open windows. Rent is £975 a month with water inc and bills are roughly£135 a month.
The house is just a 10 min walk to the jubilee line (Dollis hill) which is amazing for connecting to and from the city.

The flatmate you’ll be living with works a 9-5 (one day a week from home) lifestyle. He’s super chill, very clean tidy and fun to live with. Once a month, if that, his girlfriend will come visit with her cute little cat willow so have to be okay with that 😊

The landlord/ agency are one of the best I’ve had for a rental, anything needs to be done they’re on it straight away. Always quick to reply if you need anything!! The neighbours are super friendly and quiet.

The room will come with a mattress (less than a year old) bed frame, desk, TV, long cabinet and a tall wardrobe with a long mirror. The house has central heating, washing machine and dryer!
