Two double rooms available✨

We're looking for a two flatmates to join our flat :)

About the flat:
The flat is a converted house and is split over two floors with two bathrooms shared between the three bedrooms. There is a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you to the underground or overground. Otherwise, it's a 10 minutes walk to the jubilee line, or a 25 minute walk to the mildmay line. There is a potential option for both driveway and on-street parking too.

Bills are around £160 a month.

This flat is genuinely lovely - plenty of space whilst also feeling homely. The landlords are a responsive couple and very easy to contact (if needed). We have absolutely loved living here and couldn't recommend it more (cheap rent for a lovely house on a pretty street, 30 minutes from Bond Street door-to-door... what more could you want?!)

It's a SpareRoom house, so people naturally come and go, but one of our favourite things has been the atmosphere. None of the three of us knew each other before moving in, and now we're genuinely really close friends. In fact, the only reason two of us are leaving is because we're moving in with our boyfriends! We'd love for the house to keep that same friendly, welcoming vibe. Everyone has their own lives, of course, but it's the kind of house where people chat in the kitchen, watch the odd film together, or catch up over a glass of wine.

Room 1:
This room is on the top floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and there is a large alcove storage area (which can literally fit an entire person's life inside it - trust us, we've made GREAT use of it!) The desk and X2 chest's of drawers can potentially be negotiated upon if requested. The upstairs bathroom (with shower) is opposite and ends up (almost) as an en-suite (the other two girls tend only to use it if they're already upstairs in the kitchen/living room.

Room 2:
This room is on the lower floor of our flat and shares the second bathroom (with bath/shower). The room has a double bed and comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The desk and bedside lamps can potentially be negotiated upon if requested. As you can see in the photos, this room is HUGE!
