Lovely room available for £850 per month, including all bills, in a warm and welcoming family home in Willesden Green.

The house is very well connected — close to both Cricklewood Thameslink and within easy reach of Willesden Green on the Jubilee line, with great connections into central London and UCL.

I’m a friendly working mum (and UCL alumnus) and share the house with my two lovely boys, aged 6 and 9, who are with me around half of the week. When they’re here it’s a happy, lively family home, while the other half of the week the house is generally very peaceful and quiet.

You’ll have your own private room and plenty of independence. There is absolutely no expectation of childcare — I’m simply looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family home with children around some of the time.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy female student who would enjoy a relaxed home environment. A postgraduate or international student would also be very welcome.

£900 pcm including bills.
