1 room in a shared 3 bedroom flat on ground floor. Older Victorian semi-detached build with shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Room has direct access to garden and outdoor storage. Has large wardrobe, wall-mounted book shelf, and double bed + mattress.

Live with two men, one school teacher (early 40s) and the other a yoga instructor (early 50s). House stays mostly quiet, flatmates tend to spend time doing independent activities outside or in their own rooms. Prefer someone similar. No parties or excessive noise allowed, but respectful guests are of course welcome. No smoking inside, but there is a large garden you can access if you want to smoke at the back.

Rent is £792/mo + utilities (usually ~£100/mo)

You will need to sign a lease to move in and be approved by landlord. Will require one month's rent + one month security. Longer term tenants are preferred and will require 60 days notice before move out.
