We have a bright, west-facing double room at the back of our friendly home in NW2, with a bay window looking out over the patio. You'll be living with us - Carrie F, 30 & Nick; M, 35 (the landlords) and our friend Toni F, 30.

The room is available for move in now. The room gets full daytime sunlight and comes fully furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobes, bedside tables and a small desk. You'll share the family bathroom, which has a bath & shower, with myself & Nick. You'll share half of a full size fridge and freezer with just 1 person (Toni).

Everything is included in the rent:
- All bills (council tax, water, gas & electricity)
- Super-fast 2Gbps Community Fibre broadband
- A bi-weekly cleaner for the shared spaces.
- Shared living room & TV with Netflix, Disney+, NOW, Prime & Apple TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with Sage Barista coffee machine, and all coffee beans included.

There is also on-street parking (not included, requires a permit from the council).

We're a clean, tidy house and have busy social lives, and we're looking for a respectful, tidy working professional in their late 20s to early 30s, who would be up for conversation, occasional dinner and pub trips - but has their own social life too.

- Tubes: Willesden Green (Zone 2, Jubilee) and Dollis Hill (Zone 3, Jubilee)
- Large Sainsbury's, 5 min walk away with two smaller Sainsbury's locals on the doorstep
- GAIL's, Costa and independent coffee shops within 5-10 mins walk
- Gyms: Leisure centre 5-10mins walk away, David Lloyd & Third Space 25mins walk
- 15 mins walk to Kensal Rise, 20mins walk to Queen's Park and about 35mins to Notting Hill.

Looking for an initial 3-month rental period, with possible potential to extend further.

The rent is £1,100 a month with everything included, plus a deposit of one month's rent.

This is a lodger arrangement in our home, so we'll need references and ID.
