PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

A single room is available in a quiet, family-occupied residential property.

The household consists of the parents and their two daughters. The successful applicant will be sharing the property with the family.

BATHROOM FACILITIES

- Bathroom shared with only one other person.
- Shared household facilities.

HOUSEHOLD ENVIRONMENT AND RULES

The household is looking for a considerate, tidy and respectful lodger who appreciates a peaceful family environment.

Please note the following household arrangements:

- No smoking inside the property.
- No parties or disruptive behaviour.
- Alcohol and pork are not permitted within the household due to the family's religious beliefs.
- All residents are expected to respect the family's privacy, beliefs and household arrangements.

PAYMENT TERMS

- First month's rent payable upfront.
- One month's rent required as a security deposit.
- A separate one-off bills payment is required at the beginning of the tenancy.

ONE-OFF BILLS PAYMENT

A one-off payment is required at the beginning of the tenancy to contribute towards household bills for the entire stay (PAID ONLY ONCE)

This payment is made only once and will not be charged again if the tenancy is renewed or extended.

The one-off bills payment is separate from the monthly rent and security deposit.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

To proceed with the application, the following documents are required:

- Last 6 months' payslips.
- Last 6 months' bank statements showing proof of income received and rental payment history over the same 6-month period.
- Valid passport.
- Right to Rent share code.
- Valid email address.
