We like to think that we are pretty laid back and live in harmony in this Edwardian house (divided into 2 separate flats) with the people in the upstairs flat.

It's a friendly and peaceful flat and you share with only one flatmate. I am the landlord and rent out rooms (bills included), creating a household at the same time.
