Flat has huge living room, large windows, fitted kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine etc). There is a small communal garden.

FLATMATE: You will be sharing with one flatmate (working full time). I like a balance between space and socialising with flatmate. Would prefer someone who does not work from home.
